OntarioMD i4C Dashboard Indicator Library

EMR i4C Dashboard Specification

The EMR i4C Dashboard Specification identifies the functional requirements for implementing the i4C Dashboard in an EMR Offering. It defines a dashboard that supports the visual representation of provincial health indicators.

Refer to our The Specifications Library for the current EMR i4C Dashboard Specification.

i4C Dashboard Indicator Library

The i4C Dashboard Indicator Library lists all provincial health indicators established by OntarioMD in collaboration with other health organizations such as AFHTO, CIHI, ICES and HQO.  These indicators support the EMR i4C Dashboard Specification in a certified EMR Offering. The technical details for each indicator are defined through a set of meta-data.

The i4C Dashboard Indicator Library consists of Draft For Comment, Draft For Use, and Final i4C Dashboard Indicators, identified as such under the Status column of the List of Available i4C Dashboard Indicators below.

  • Final signifies that validation for the i4C Dashboard Indicator is available for an EMR Offering through an i4C Indicator Release.
  • Draft For Use (DFU) signifies that the i4C Dashboard Indicator is stable and ready for use but not currently included within an i4C Indicator Release.
  • Draft For Comment (DFC) signifies that the i4C Dashboard Indicator is still in development but available for consultation/feedback. As a Draft For Comment, additional updates are expected.
