Planning a COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic
Identifying eligible patients
OntarioMD (OMD) has gathered many
useful resources to help clinicians prepare for a vaccination clinic. Some resources that you may find particularly helpful to plan your clinic:
NEW! Plan a vaccination clinic for patients between 12 and 17 years old (up to age 17 + 364 days) eligible for a COVID-19 booster
EMR Search for TELUS PSS Users - Note: TELUS PSS Search is one inclusive search for:
- Pt. received 2 COVID doses, 168+ days since last dose.
- Pt. received 2 COVID doses, 56+ days since last dose.
- Pt. received 3 or 4 COVID doses, 168+ days since last dose.
Note: Potential Immunocompromised patient queries search age range, administered quantity, and date of last COVID-19 vaccine ONLY; clinicians will need to review lists to identify immunocompromised patients for appropriate follow-up.
Tip: It is helpful to note/flag immunocompromised patients using structured, discrete data in your EMR for ease of identification and follow up which you may also wish to incorporate into the queries.
Please see the Ministry of Health's website for information on:
